Ep. 5: Sending New Age Cures for Depression to Hell

This week, we hear from Clara, who shares her story of searching for new age solutions to her depression.  Clara discusses how her background of growing up in a Chaldean Catholic family shaped her view of God (and even tells a bit about growing up with poltergeist activity in her house when she was younger!).  Despite having an understanding of God and His love growing up, Clara began looking for a cure in New Age practices when dealing with mental health struggles.  From crystals to tarot to astrology, nothing was able to give her the peace she was searching for. Then one night, Clara asked Jesus for help, and He healed her in a miraculous way.  Now Clara encourages others to seek the face of Jesus and stand firm on His promises when facing discouragement.
