S3 Ep24: Sending Fearful Demonic Manifestations to Hell

We have an exciting episode this week as Stephanie shares her stories of battling spiritual oppression in many forms throughout her life.  The attacks on her identity as a child of God began as a teen when crippling anxiety took over her emotions out of seemingly nowhere.  While anxiety can be caused by many things - physical, emotional, or spiritual - Stephanie discerned that her specific difficulties had a darker spiritual root.  As she learned to partner with God in her authority over darkness, she began to heal.  These early experiences then prepared her for an intense testing of her faith when her own mother began to demonically manifest.  Through the power of prayer, deliverance, and unity with followers of Jesus, Stephanie prayed deliverance over her mother.  They both received breakthrough and freedom from demonic powers and continue to minister that freedom to others.

S3 Ep23: Sending Cycles of Fear and Abandonment to Hell

This week, we are interviewing author, mother, and grandmother, Sandy Ohlman, as she shares how God’s plan has been evident in her life from the time she was in her mother’s womb.  Sandy was adopted  into an amazing family at just a few days old.  Although her adopted family was a miracle for her, God still had to do deep works of healing as Sandy processed the hurt and abandonment of being separated from her birth mother.  Sandy grew up in Toronto until she married an American missionary kid and moved to the states.  They created a normal life for themselves as their family became more involved in church.  However, Sandy found that the more she threw herself into ministry, the more she struggled to deal with depression and anger.  Finally, God halted everything and told her to take an entire year to pray and read her bible.  During that time, God healed her of the fear of man and her repetitive cycles of abandonment.  She took all the lessons God taught her and put them into her new book, “Build You For Life”.

In today’s episode, Rania describes her journey of seeking God as a little girl which eventually led her into a variety of spiritual practices before finally meeting Jesus.  Rania always found herself seemingly more connected to the spiritual realm that most people, whether that was through dreams or premonitions.  She found a use for her gifts through energy healing, eventually opening her own practice, working to heal many people.  However, after attending her best friend’s baptism, something began to shift in Rania.  She realized that maybe all of these spiritual experiences in energy healing were just working together as a distraction from the truth of Jesus as God.  As she surrendered her life to Christ, she left energy healing and new age practices behind her, embracing the true freedom and joy only found in Jesus.

She testifies to the fact that no matter the circumstance, God provides his children with unspeakable joy and hope when we turn to Him.

This week, Meredith joins us to share her journey of exploring her identity through the Enneagram, a test that has gained popularity, particularly within Christian circles. Initially appearing innocent and helpful, Meredith’s experience with this system led to confusion and relational hurt. She discovered that true understanding of her identity came from seeking God.
Meredith encourages others to avoid common deceptions about self-discovery promoted by personality tests. She emphasizes that God’s truth surpasses any confusing categories we attempt to impose on ourselves.

This week, Kristie shares an amazing story of how she built a non-profit organization from nothing but a word from God.  When she was just at the beginning of her college journey, she heard God speak to her that she would start a non-profit in Haiti to minister to the many orphaned children there.  And not just that - she would do it soon, while she was still in college.  Despite her initial apprehension that she would have what it takes to take on such a big task, God laid out the path for her one miracle at a time.  From finding financial support to building an amazing Haitian staff, God brought the vision to pass.  Kristie’s testimony is an inspiration that no matter how many people want to look down on you, remind you of the worst case scenarios, or roll their eyes at your naivety, you can do anything with God’s mercy and grace!

This week, we’re joined by Julia, who shares the ups and downs of learning to follow the voice of God.  She first began to understand the varying ways God speaks when she was in high school.  As she sat down to pray in the middle of the woods, God used a literal gust of wind to open her Bible and speak directly to her circumstance.  From there, God used everything from dreams to words of encouragement from strangers, to show her that His plan is better than anything she could make up for herself.  Julia details the story of how she met her husband on a trip to Israel and the interesting ways God confirmed their relationship.  From start to finish, Julia’s story highlights how creative God is in communicating through both scripture and His world.
